  1. Can I order online? You certainly can! We have a secure ONLINE GARMENT DESIGNER where you can upload your own images or use our vector images. You can use text and manipulate your design. After you’re finished designing you may pay for the quantity you wish on our secure website.
  2.  What payment methods do you accept? We accept Visa, Discover, American Express, and Master Card. We also accept cash, money order, Gold, Pirates Treasure, and check payments for pick up orders.
  3. Do I need a resale number or a wholesale number to purchase from Color My Shirt? No, you do not need a resale or wholesale number to purchase our products.
  4.  What is your turnaround time on printing?  Most of our orders are printed within 5-7 working days however it can take up to 2 weeks. Our turnaround time depends on the job and how busy we are. Please understand that every print job is different.  Please follow all our order instructions to ensure a proper turnaround time. If you fail to do so it will prolong your order. This includes sending us proper artwork, garment order forms (not for customers using online designer), and your credit card information. After completed, we then ship the products to you at your desired shipping time and location. Please note that sometimes garments are back ordered from our manufacturers which can delay the print turnaround. If you're curious about how long your order will take to complete you can always call us and talk to a representative.
  5.  I need my order right away. Can I get my order shipped within three business days? You may. All rush orders must be placed by 10:00am cst in order to have it printed and shipped out within three business days. Faster rush service for any size order requires a phone call and approval from Color My Shirt.  Print ready artwork, shirt sizes, shirt colors, and payment in full is required for rushes.
  6. Can you make me a custom design? Yes, we can create a design for a reasonable fee. Please check out our Artwork Services page.
  7.  How long has Color My Shirt been in business? Color My Shirt was founded in 2006. Our experience dates back to the late 90’s.
  8.  What is your maximum printing sizes? 10.5”x15” is our standard print. Anything larger needs to be pre-approved by Color My Shirt.
  9. Do you have a price list? We sure do but we also have something way better. We have an online garment print designer where you can use our stock logos or upload your own. It will automatically add up the price and you can pay online 24/7.  Apply for a wholesale account to receive our contract pricing.
  10.  Can I supply my own products or do I have to order them through you? We have a huge selection for you to choose from at wholesale prices, but if you find something you prefer best and we don't offer it, we will gladly offer it for you. You can ship your product to Color My Shirt. We do not accept responsibility for loss or damage to your product. Please order 3% extra to allow for overages.
  11.  How does Color My Shirt like artwork sent? We prefer to have artwork sent to us in either in a vectorized format (AI. EPS.) in pantone solid colors. No lines less than 1 point thick. You can also send a JPEG, PDF, or PSD file in at least 300 resolution. For Screen Printing the artwork must be color seperated and at the size you want printed, this makes it a lot easier for you and us.
  12. Does the price change per garment item when you mix sizes? As long as you stay below sizes XXL the price does not change per garment item. XXL and up garments are usually $1.00 extra per item per size.
  13. 17. What brand T-shirt do you recommend? Gildan Ultra-Cotton #2000 is our best seller and most universal tee.  We do offer Hanes, Port and Co., Anvil, Fruit of the Loom, and Jerzees in the 6 oz cotton, 5 0z. cotton, and 50/50 tee as well.  Give us a call if you do not see your favorite brand offered.
  14. 18. How secure is Color My Shirt website? We use Authorize.net for all secure transactions.
  15. What is my order status?  You can email us at Jason@colormyshirt.com  and we will let you know the status of your order.
  16. Can you print on custom areas of the shirt or just standard front and back? Yes, we can print your custom logo almost anywhere on a garment. Please check with us on feasibility.
  17.  I attempted to contact Color My Shirt and got no response. Why is this? We answer all inquiries or quote request. Though sometimes technology fails. Make sure and check your spam folder for our response. If you don't find our response in your spam folder within 24 hours then please call us. We will assist you over the phone.
  18. Can I see a sample of my design before you print my full order (Screen Printing)? We understand that you may want to make sure your vision comes to life in our work. This is why we offer a press check at a very reasonable price. Please call us to find out more about this process. Press check (digital photo) is no charge on large orders if approved within 1 hour.
  19. The online print designer is not allowing me to get different clothing colors for the same design,  can I request to have different clothing colors after I place my order?Sure! you must contact us within 3 hours of placing your custom print order. One of our representatives will gladly add notes to have the colors you request. Note: There may be an extra fee if you choose a clothing color that is more expensive than the original order you placed on the online print designer.
  20. Why won't my artwork upload on the online print designer? The file you are trying to upload may be corrupt or the file size is to large. No worries though, convert your artwork into a low res JPEG and upload it. We always check artwork before it goes into production and will contact you if the artwork isn't up to print standards. If you are still having trouble please don't hesitate to contacting us.
  21. I'm on a budget, what suggestions do you have to get the best price?Keep your colors in the artwork to a minimum for the Screen Printing process (example: a one color print will be much cheaper than a three color print) Also the higher the quantity you purchase per design, the lower the print prices will be for each T-shirt etc.
